E-Tickets

E-Tickets (also known as E-Documents) are generally available for printing within 28 days of departure or once ticketed.

Please keep in mind an airline can deny you boarding if you are not in possession of your E-Ticket.

Airlines sometimes change their flight times for operational purposes. It is your responsibility to reconfirm your flight timings with the airline within 24 hours of departure. This can be done by calling the airline directly (click here for a list of numbers) or visiting your local airport website. Please refer to your invoice for further details regarding booking confirmations.

Printing your E-Tickets – International Airfares

Your booking reference (PNR) is a six character alphabetic or alphanumeric code. At Gala we use multiple systems to ensure you get the absolute rockbottom prices which means your reference may either be a 'Sabre' or 'Amadeus' confirmation.

Usually Sabre booking references are alphabetic characters only, and Amadeus will be alphanumeric (a mix of both letters and numbers). Simply click the relevant link below and enter your details to access your documents.

Printing your E-Tickets – Vacations and Tours

Printing your E-Tickets – Vacations and Tours To print your E-Tickets, please click on the name of your Tour Operator. You will need to provide your Booking Number (also known as Confirmation Number). This information is available on your invoice under the heading 'Supplier Reference'.

Air Canada Vacations E-Tickets will be automatically emailed to you. If for any reason you have not received your E-Tickets up to 72 hours prior to departure, please email your request to online@galatravels.com. Please quote your Booking/Confirmation Number or Invoice Number.
